About the event
Join me as I lead you into the beautiful Madison School Forest. Â We will through limestone ridges and sandstone bluffs. Â Â We will enjoy a shortened yoga practice, and wander in the beauty of nature. Â I will lead guided meditations throughout, as well as offer times of stillness for journaling reflection.
