About the event
Join me as I lead you into the beautiful forest of Gibralters Rock State Natural Area. We will stroll wonder thru the dense forest, observe the fall foliage, practice yoga on the bluffs overlooking vast farm fields. Â I will lead guided meditations throughout, as well as offer times of stillness for journaling reflection.
