Are you longing for some connection in this season of global unrest? Are you looking for a reason to get out of your home, into a place of serenity? Join me! As "together" we walk, each in our own surroundings. I will lead a meditation as well as a short yoga flow.

About the event
Join me as I lead you into the beautiful forest of the UW Arboretum. We will stroll past streams, observe the fall foliage, practice yoga within a wetlands, and wander in the beauty of nature. I will lead guided meditations throughout, as well as offer times of stillness for journaling reflection.
