About the event
Join me as I lead you into the beautiful forest of State Park. We will stroll past streams, observe the the start of spring budding, practice yoga near Stephans Falls, and wander in the beauty of nature. I will lead guided meditations throughout, as well as offer times of stillness for journaling reflection.
