About the event
Join me as I lead you into the beautiful forest of Gibralters Rock State Natural Area. We will stroll past streams, observe the the start of spring budding, practice yoga near on the bluffs, and wander in the beauty of nature. I will lead guided meditations throughout, as well as offer times of stillness for journaling reflection.
