About the event
Join me as I lead you into the beautiful forest of Cam Rock County Park. We will stroll past Koshkonong Creek, observe the the start of spring budding, practice yoga, and wander in the beauty of nature. I will lead guided meditations throughout, as well as offer times of stillness for journaling reflection.
