About the event
Join me as I lead you into the beautiful forest of The Rock of Gibralter State Natural Area. We will stroll past streams, observe summer in full bloom, practice yoga on the rocks, and wander in the beauty of nature. I will lead guided meditations throughout, as well as offer times of stillness for journaling reflection.
