About the event
Join me as I lead you into the beautiful forest of Gibralters Rich State Natural Area. This Ice Age Trail segment is one of my favs!! It boasts beautiful rocky bluffs upon which we pause, and breathe. We will stroll past streams, observe the the beauty of fall in Wisconsin. We will. I will lead guided meditations throughout, as well as offer times of stillness for journaling reflection.
