About the event
Join me as I lead you into the beautiful forest as we hike from Frautchi Point trailhead to Picnic Point and back. We will stroll past frozen streams, along Lake Monona, and practice yoga on the snow covered beach, and wander in the beauty of nature. I will lead guided meditations throughout, as well as offer times of stillness for journaling reflection.
