About the event

Join me as I lead you into the beautiful forest as we hike on the Gibraltar’s Rock section of the Ice Age Trail and back. We will stroll past spring streams, walk along the bluffs edge and practice yoga on THE Gibraltar’s Rock, all while wandering in the beauty of nature. I will lead guided meditations throughout, as well as offer times of stillness for journaling reflection.
