About the event
Join me as I lead you on our first Mammoth Challenge Meditative Adventure. We will stroll past several parks, and through restored praries. We will observe the the start of fall, and wander in the beauty of nature. I will lead guided meditations throughout, a short yoga practice as well as offer times of stillness for journaling reflection.
