About the event

You are invited to escape with me through the practice of Yin Yoga.  Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

I incorporate guided meditation and inspired word throughout the practice leaving you refreshed, recentered, and inspired to do the same for others.  Once our Yoga practice is over, stick around for our Satsang(satsang—usually translated as “truth-company,” or being in the company of the wise.).  For us that looks like having a discussion of what we found to be on our hearts as we practice.  We will offer prayer for one another and hold one another in our hearts until we meet again.
