About the event

You are invited to escape with me through the practice of Yin Yoga.  Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

I incorporate guided meditation and inspired word throughout the practice leaving you refreshed, recentered, and inspired to do the same for others.
