Personally Curated Practices
Are you looking for peace, stillness, accountability, self-care?Do you long to connect to yourself-body, your mind and spirit? Do you need time and space to be reminded that you matter, you are seen, you are loved?You're sure you want to begin a practice, but are not sure exactly what will work best for you. I will meet with you to discuss your goals, schedule and needs, and together we will determine a practice schedule that works best for you. Practices can include yoga, meditation, outdoor adventure, or....all of the above.
Practices meet you where you are at, from gentle intentional walks around your neighborhood, to multiple day guided meditative backpacking trips I will train and lead you!
